clojure-skills: Support

Back to clojure-skills.

Report problems on GitHub issues at the source repository: github.com/aygp-dr/clojure-skills.

Include:

• uname -a
• bb --version, claude --version, and clojure --version if the project uses the JVM
• For a clj-eval problem: the exit code, what it printed on standard error, and whether the REPL is Babashka or JVM nREPL
• For a hook problem: the smallest file that reproduces it
